Cancellation Policy

Overview
For bookings made well in advance, the rental amount is divided into one third of the amount paid at the time of booking as a confirmation deposit, with the balance due one month before the arrival date. Additional costs (cleaning, management of check-in and check-out, rental of linen if requested, security deposit for any damages) must be paid upon arrival. Electricity consumption must be settled at check-out.

Exercising the right of withdrawal before the start of the rental and before the payment of the second installment of the rent results in the loss of the confirmation deposit.

Exercising the right of withdrawal before the start of the rental and after the payment of the second installment of the rent results in the loss of the confirmation deposit and grants the Tenant the right to obtain a refund of 70% of the second installment of the rent, provided that the withdrawal notice is received at least 20 days before the start of the rental.
If the withdrawal notice is received at least 10 days before the start of the rental, the Tenant will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the second installment of the rent.
If the withdrawal notice is received less than 10 days before the start of the rental or after the deadline for the start of the rental, the Tenant will not be entitled to any refund.

For bookings made less than a month before the arrival date, the rules vary from case to case. Please refer to what is indicated in the contract for your specific case.

To proceed with the potential refund, it is mandatory to follow the instructions we will send you, which are to cross out each page of the contract and write the word CANCELED along the line, and to sign each page next to the word CANCELED. Please send us the contract, which we will sign and return to you.

For bookings made through platforms like Vrbo, Airbnb, etc., please refer to the rules of those sites and the cancellation policies specified on those sites.

How long does it take to get a refund?
After the cancellation of the contract we proceed with the refund via bank transfer and the timing for receiving the amount depends on the banks and varies from bank to bank. Therefore, we cannot provide you with an exact timeframe.

If the reservation was made through a portal such as Vrbo, Airbnb, etc., the cancellation must also occur through that portal, and it will be that portal to process the refund, which follows the rules and timing of that portal.

What if I’m not sure what my reservation’s cancellation policy is?
Always refer to the contract you signed, it always indicates the cancellation policy.
